I wanted to send a bright funky bouquet to friends in Herne Bay whom I stayed with over Xmas. I called Joy from London after checking out her website.On the day I called her, she didn't have the funky flowers available but was going to her suppliers the following morning and said she would select flowers especially for this bouquet. The following afternoon, my friends received a vibrant, modern bouquet beautifully presented. My friends wanted to email me a photo but didn't know how to do this as they are new to the internet. When I said Joy had already sent me one, they were very surprised at this. Joy seems to go that extra mile for her customers and provides a warm and friendly service. J oy's personal service has been the best discovery for me when I wanted to send my new girlfriend some flowers. I live some way away from her and internet orders were always a worry- would they look like their website photo? An apology and refund is no good when you want to show your love with flowers. Joy is amazing at taking lots of trouble to create bouquets that are even more wonderful than I might have hoped for. Also she has a very good eye for visual effect, with subtle colour blending and brilliant use of accessories such as leaves and little butterflies. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
