By placing an order, be it by telephone, email , facebook or in person, you are agreeing to the following
Terms & Conditions
Payment is required at the time of placing the order or receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is not made, you will still be liable to pay for all goods ordered on your behalf.
Accepted methods of payment are: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Paypal and all major Credit & Debit cards
Debit and Credit card payments can be made in person or by phone.
All credit/debit card details are destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on 25th May 2018
Flowers are perishable goods and are therefore not included in the 7 day "cooling off" period applicable for other goods under the distance selling regulations.
Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled and the goods cannot be returned.
The images shown on this website, on facebook and in our catalogues are our own work and typical examples of the goods available to order (Subject to availability)
We reserve the right to substitute flowers or products, wherever necessary, with an alternative of equal or greater value and quality.
If there is a particular flower you would not like substituted, please make this clear when placing your order.
Delivery of orders will not take place unless full payment is received.
Correct name, address and telephone number of both the recipient and sender are essential with all orders placed, to ensure a prompt delivery with no errors.
A signature is always required to confirm the safe delivery of goods.
If we are unable to deliver to the recipient for whatever reason, we will endeavour to leave the goods with a neighbour and leave a calling card. If this is not possible, the goods will be returned to Sincerely Yours Florist and the recipient will be advised to contact us to arrange re delivery. This may be subject to a further delivery charge.
Funeral deliveries may be made to a specific address or chosen undertaker.
Once the flowers have been signed for at delivery, Sincerely Yours Florist will accept no responsibility for missing cards or missing/damaged flowers.
Where a signature cannot be obtained for whatever reason, a photograph will be taken of the flowers in situ at time of delivery.
Photographs are taken of all our work and a copy is available on request.
We will always do our best to fulfil same day delivery requests, although this cannot be guaranteed and at least 24 hours notice should be given
During peak periods such as Valentine's day, Mother's day etc. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 8am - 8pm
When a delivery is required to a recipient's work address, a note of their working hours should be given.
Sincerely Yours Florist prides itself on it's excellent reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction, and we want you to be more than satisfied with the products & service you receive.
If there are any problems at all with the products or service you receive, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine, proceed with the appropriate action to rectify the problem
Sincerely Yours Florist will not accept complaints regarding fresh produce after this time due to the perishable nature of the goods.
Sincerely Your Florist will require certain information to carry out the order and delivery.
All information gathered will be destroyed after completion of the order in compliance with the General data protection regulation (GDPR) 2018
